When our website does not specifically state that the online traffic school course is approved and only states that we offer online traffic school, this means that we are not officially approved in that particular court and you must in such an instance contact the court clerk or visit the judge in order to obtain permission to take our course. b) If you would like to take our course for an insurance discount you must contact your insurance company and ask them whether they will accept our certificate. c) It is your sole responsibility to obtain the approval of our course in your court
PLEASE NOTE: You must complete your course within 3 months (90 days) from the date of your registration. Failure to complete your course within this period of time will result in the de-activation of your account. If your account is de-activated, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to re-activate your account after it has been de-activated, additional fees shall apply.
(3) Copyright and Proprietary Rights: This World Wide Web site is the property of Go To Traffic School. All copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights in the Go To Traffic School site and in the text, graphics, and design elements used by Go To Traffic School on its site are the property of Go To Traffic School.
