COURSE INFORMATION

Eligibility: This traffic school course is RESTRICTED to defendants who are court mandated by the court to proceed. You must get an approval from the Jackson County General Sessions Court before beginning this course.
Details: This traffic school course is RESTRICTED to defendants who are mandated by the Jackson County General Sessions Court to proceed. This four (4) hour online court-ordered defensive driving course has been APPROVED by the Tennessee Department of Safety. The price of this course is $35 plus the court fee of $65, which GoToTrafficSchool.com is required to collect on behalf of the court.
Final Exam: After you're done with the online course, you will need to score at least an 80% on the final exam in order to pass. If you fail the final exam, you will have two (2) re-takes. If you do not pass the final exam after 3 attempts, you will fail the course.
Certificate Delivery: Once you complete the final exam, your certificate of completion will be sent directly to Jackson County General Sessions Court. You select the shipping method for your certificate when you register. If you are unable to complete the course at least 10 days before your due date, then you should choose one of the available expedited shipping methods. Certificates are mailed the same day you finish the course if you finish before 4:00 pm PST. If you finish the course after 4:00 pm, your certificate will be mailed out on the following morning.
