COURSE INFORMATION

Eligibility: If you have been convicted of failure to yield violation, you may take this Failure to Yield / Right of Way course. If your violation resulted in bodily harm and your license has been suspended, you will not be able to reinstate your driving privileges until you have completed this course.
Details: If you have received a failure to yield citation, our course is approved by the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to satisfy all state requirements for your citation. This course meets the minimum 2-hour time length and covers all Wisconsin right-of-way statutes.
Final Exam: At the end of the course, you must pass a 15-question multiple-choice exam with a score of 80% (at least 12 correct answers) or higher.
Certificate Delivery: Once you complete the online course, we will automatically notify the Wisconsin DMV of your completion.
