COURSE INFORMATION

Eligibility: This four (4) hour online court-ordered defensive driving course has been APPROVED by the Medina City Court and the Tennessee Department of Safety. IMPORTANT: this program is NOT approved for the Liability Insurance Premium Reduction Course for drivers 55 and over OR the eight (8) hour defensive driving course.
Details: This four (4) hour online court-ordered defensive driving course has been APPROVED by the Medina City Court and the Tennessee Department of Safety. You are required to complete this course by the date determined and directed by Medina City Court. Upon successful completion of this course, your eligible traffic citation will be dismissed by the Court. Failure to complete the course by the court designated date will waive your right to dismiss the violation and the violation will be forwarded to Tennessee Department of Safety.
Final Exam: At the end of this course, you will need to score at least an 80% on the final exam in order to pass. If you fail the final exam, you will have two (2) re-takes. If you do not pass the final exam after 3 attempts, you will fail the course.
Certificate Delivery: Once you successfully complete the final exam, your court will be electronically notified of your completion. You will also have access to a completion receipt through your member account. You can download and print the completion receipt for your records, but please do NOT send it to the court. They will be notified separately.

This online traffic school can be taken from any home computer with internet access. Once you complete the course, we will process and send out your certificate of completion.
